Man can not live on bread alone, but he should know that of every word that proceeds from the mouth of God he can receive and secure life with it. It does, however, matter not only to know and to take that Word (the Dvar Elohim), but it must also be acknowledged that it comes from the only true God, which everyone will have to honour and praise.
From the texts one will also be able to conclude that God has sent someone to bring salvation over mankind. By regularly reading or sharpening it, as it were, and regularly speaking of it, one will not only be able to form oneself, but also others, in the true faith and make them wise to salvation, through faith in Christ Jesus, with the realization that the whole Scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for punishment, for improvement, for instruction in righteousness, that man may be perfect from God, to all good works.

The concept of God's Word is not limited to those who have received special training for this. Every person can, if he or she opens up to read God's Word, fully understand.
