Survivors of detention and extermination camps often found a hold in the faith to drag themselves through all the difficulties and thus survive. The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oswiecim presents an outdoor exhibition with stories from 21 survivors who talk about the role that faith played in their survival.

The Scriptures call for both the only True God and His Word to be acknowledged, but also to willingly accept that Word in order to attain wisdom and salvation.

Looking at bible-wavers, religious rationalizers, Christian fundamentalists, frauds, cafeteria Christians who pick and choose which Bible verses they heed with less care than they exercise in selecting side orders for lunch, whilst unable to find Scripture supporting their biases and beliefs, twisting phrases to prove they are honouring the Bible’s words, but not allowing other translations than their own preferred translation..
